TACO BAR STATION $15.95/person
Build your own taco: hard and soft shell taco shells, flour tortillas ground beef, grilled beef, grilled chicken, radishes, red and green peppers and onions, chopped lettuce, shredded cheese and tomatoes, jalapenos, sour cream and guacamole.
PRETZEL AND CHIP STATION $8.95/person
Fresh baked pretzels, served with cheese sauce for dipping and mustard. Potato chips served with dip and tortilla chips served with fresh salsa. Fresh Pita served with various hummus
ANTIPASTO STATION $9.95/person
Mozzarella, provolone cheese, prosciutto, genoa salami, pepperoni, marinated mushrooms, marinated cauliflower, kalamata and black olives, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, pepperoncini peppers, sliced tomatoes, red onions, hard boiled eggs, green peppers, anchovy, and fresh cantaloupe, melons and grapes. Served with fresh Italian bread.
MASHED POTATO BAR $9.95/person
Mashed potatoes served in a martini glass with all the best toppings to choose from including: shredded cheddar cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms, chopped broccoli, bacon bits, sour cream, chives, brown gravy and butter.
CEVICHE STATION $10.95/person
House made ceviche. Choose from fish, shrimp, or a combination. Served in a martini glass with crackers.
SEAFOOD BAR (market price)
Available items include: Shrimp, Half Shell Oysters, Little Neck Clams, Ceviche, Steamed Mussels, Crab Claws, Caviar, and other in seasonal delicacies. Served with cocktail sauce, mignonettes, and wasabi.
And for Dessert...ICE CREAM SUNDAE STATION! $8/person
Vanilla and chocolate ice cream with all the fixings including sprinkles, cookie crumbles, chocolate and butterscotch chips, hot fudge and strawberry sauces, etc. Served in old-fashioned sundae dishes or in sugar or waffle cones.
INTERNATIONAL CHEESE FRUIT & VEGETABLE STATION $10.95/person
Imported cheeses, seasonal fruits & vegetables served w/ assorted crackers & ranch dressing
Cheeses: Havarti, Swiss, Muenster, Provolone, Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, and Cheddar Cheese

Elevate your menu with a carving station.
Options include: Top Sirloin, Prime Rib, Filet of Beef, Maple Pecan Glazed Turkey, Honey Glazed Ham, Orange Marmalade Glazed Corned Beef, Cajon Stuffed Pork Loin (stuffed with a corn bread Andouille sausage stuffing).
FACTORY CANDY BAR $6.95/person
A variety of candy confections artfully arranged including fine chocolates, gummies, caramels, rock candy, etc. Have a favorite? Let us know, we'll be sure to include it.

All event services are subject to a 20% gratuity and 8% New York Tax. Prices listed are per person, with a 40 person minimum. All bar packages includes one TIPS certified bartender per 50 guests. Only guests of legal drinking age will be allowed to consume alcohol. "Mocktails" will be prepared by our staff only. We reserve the right to discontinue service to anyone at any time.
